(A) The Office Business District is intended to provide for non-retail office facilities. The district is limited in size and facilities to preserve and protect the general character of the areas surrounding these particular districts.
(B) Design standards. The lot on which the office unit is situated shall be landscaped and maintained in conformity with the general character of the surrounding area.
(C) Accessways. Any accessway to any off- street parking lot or loading berth shall be located at least ten feet from any lot line.
(D) Refuse containers. All garbage or other refuse shall be in removable covered containers not less than three cubic yards in size. Refuse containers shall not be located in any required front or side yard setback area. Said containers shall be enclosed by either fencing of six feet in height or applicable screening.
