§ 38-4-17 DISCONTINUATION OR REFUSAL OF SERVICE.
   The city reserves the right to discontinue or refuse water service to any premises due to the following reasons:
   (A)   Nonpayment of any charges for services at their current premises or their prior premises.
   (B)   Where the owner or tenant of premises has been found guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, or if a danger, hazard or unsafe condition exists.
   (C)   Diversion of service around the meter.
