§ 38-3-74 BULK WASTEWATER DISPOSAL.
   The city shall accept bulk wastewater at its West Wastewater Treatment Plant from those haulers having a written letter of agreement from the city's Director of Public Works. Bulk wastewater from any hauler without a letter of agreement will not be accepted.
