§ 38-3-49 SEWER USER CHARGE.
   The charges for sewer services shall be made on a monthly basis. The sewer service charge for the use and for service supplied by the wastewater facilities of the city shall consist of a basic user charge for operation, maintenance, replacement and debt reduction, and a surcharge is applicable.
