(A) Connection fee. The connection fee shall be as shown on the following schedule:

(B) For installation of residential service lines in excess of 75 feet, the city will charge $5 per foot for installing the line.
(C) The city shall charge all commercial applicants the cost to the city for the service line, regulator, meter, stopcock, excess flow valve and other parts, materials and items plus the cost to the city for labor, equipment use and engineering relating to the installation.
(D) The connection charge shall be paid at the time of application, and costs for installation shall be paid before gas service is commenced.
