(A) Three 24-inch-by-36-inch mylars, two 24-inch-by-36-inch copies, and one 11-inch-by-17-inch copy of the final plat shall be submitted to the Subdivision Administrator, providing all of the information, data and supporting detail required by this code.
(B) A fee as prescribed by Chapter 12 of this code of ordinances shall be paid with the submission of the final plat.
