(A) No land shall be subdivided and no lots shall be sold or transferred by a subdivider until the final plat is approved by the city and recorded with the Monroe County Recorder of Deeds.
(B) Before subdividing any land, subject to the requirements of this code, an owner or developer shall comply with the following final plat submission, review and approval procedure.
