§ 34-4-4 APPLICABILITY OF STANDARDS; IMPROVEMENT PLANS.
   The standards and specifications of the subdivision code shall apply to improvement plans as follows:
   (A)   The provisions of the subdivision code in effect on the date of approval of the preliminary plat shall apply to the development for improvement plans approved within one year of the approval of the preliminary plat. If an extension is granted for a single phase development in § 34-3-4(C)(1)(c) above, the provisions of this chapter in effect on the date the preliminary plat was approved shall continue to apply to the development.
   (B)   When a subdivider has been given permission to develop the development in phases and does not obtain approval of all improvement plans for all phases of the development within one year of the date of approval of the preliminary plat, the improvement plans must comply with the requirements set forth in Division III of Article IV of this chapter that are in effect at the time the improvement plans are submitted to the city.
   (C)   If improvement plan approval expires per § 34-4-3(C) or (D) above, improvement plans submitted for those improvements not completed shall comply with the requirements set forth in Division III of Article IV of this chapter that are in effect at the time those improvement plans are re-submitted to the city.
