Applications for permits as set forth in § 33-4-2 shall be initiated with the Zoning Administrator, and shall describe the location of the intended work, construction, demolition, excavation, type of work, equipment to be used, the size thereof, the purpose therefore, and the person, firm or corporation for whom or which the work is being done, and shall contain an agreement that the applicant will comply with all ordinances and laws relating to the work to be done. The permit may be issued only with the approval of the Director of Public Works.
