§ 33-4-1 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this article, EXCAVATION shall be defined as work, excavations, drilling, boring, construction, demolition or surface removal or penetration in any manner of city-owned property, streets, alleys, easements, or public lands within the corporate limits.
