§ 33-1-2 COMMITTEE ESTABLISHED.
   The City Council Standing Committee on Streets shall monitor the implementation of Council policy by the Director of Public Works. The Director of Public Works shall ascertain the needs and conditions thereof and shall, from time to time, report the same to the Mayor and City Council so that a full understanding thereof shall be had; and generally, shall do all acts necessary to promote the efficiency of the Department.
