§ 28-1-8 APPLICABILITY AND ENFORCEMENT OF RULES.
   By virtue of an intergovernmental agreement between the city and the park district, the city agrees to enforce the rules and regulations of the park district, and the park district agrees to not interfere with the enforcement of its rules and regulations or the enforcement of the prohibited acts of the city, as set out herein.
