Waterloo High School and Waterloo Junior High School may post signs on school property or in the public right-of-way of Bellefontaine Drive, in such form and in such places as may be approved from time to time by the Chief of Police, to designate four parking spaces in front of the entrance to the High School and four parking spaces in front of the entrance to the Junior High School for school visitor parking only during school hours. Enforcement of such restrictions shall not be the duty or responsibility of the city.
