§ 24-2-9 REGULATION OF PARKING LOTS OWNED BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO (“MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS”).
   (A)   The City is not responsible for damage to vehicles parked on municipal parking lots.
   (B)   Parking on municipal parking lots is limited to operable personal passenger vehicles.
   (C)   All other vehicles or equipment of any kind are specifically prohibited from parking on municipal parking lots except by authorization of the Mayor or his or her designee.
   (D)   Overnight parking is prohibited except by authorization of the Mayor or his or her designee.
