Each immobilized manufactured home and manufactured home shall have an approved fuel shut-off valve installed upstream of the immobilized manufactured home or manufactured home fuel outlet and located on the outlet riser at a height of not less than four inches above grade. Whenever the immobilized manufactured home or manufactured home lot outlet is not in use, the outlet shall be equipped with an approved cap or plug to prevent accidental discharge of fuel.
