§ 23-1-12 NATURAL GAS OR CENTRAL BUTANE SYSTEM INSTALLATION. 
   All gas piping installed below ground shall have a minimum earth cover of 18 inches. Gas mains shall not be installed under any immobilized manufactured home or manufactured home.
