§ 23-1-8 WATER SUPPLY. 
   An accessible, adequate, safe and potable supply of water shall be provided in each immobilized manufactured home. A public supply of water shall be used exclusively. Installation shall conform to the Illinois State Plumbing Code and the city Utility Code provisions.
