§ 23-1-4 JACKS AND STABILIZERS.
   Jacks and/or stabilizers shall be placed under the frame of the manufactured home to prevent movement on the springs while the immobilized manufactured home or manufactured home is parked and occupied and shall be located on approved concrete footings.
