§ 21-1-2 CONSTRUCTION OF TERMS.
   Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Chapter 21, the provisions, words and phrases used in this Chapter 21 shall be construed consistently and in accordance with the Liquor Control Act of 1934 as may be amended from time to time.
