§ 7-8-9 DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUE.
   Permit fees and revenue received by the City of Waterloo, pursuant to ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, § 75, Revenue Sharing; Local Government Video Gaming Distributive Fund, less costs of issuing video gaming terminal permits, shall be used for expenditures for improvements to beautify the community and/or for community relations as authorized by the City Council.
