§ 7-7-16 AGE REQUIREMENT FOR BODY-PIERCING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to pierce, or to offer to pierce, the body of a person under the age restriction of 18, as established by ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, §§ 10 - 12, without the written consent of a parent or legal guardian who shall be present at the time of the piercing.
