That a certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Illinois, being marked and designated as “The Illinois Plumbing Code”, as adopted by the Illinois Department of Public Health, effective February 18, 2004, is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the City of Waterloo, Illinois and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of said Illinois Plumbing Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this article, hereinafter referred to as “this code”.
