Article 3 of the Illinois Pension Code, ILCS Ch. 40, Act 5, §§ 3-101 et seq., is incorporated by reference herein. In case of any conflict between this Article III and said statute, the applicable provisions of said statute shall control, and as said code is amended from time to time, the provisions hereof, insofar as any variance may develop therefrom, if any, shall automatically be construed so as to conform therewith.
