§ 5-2-1 BOARD ESTABLISHED. 
   Pursuant to the provisions of and as required by ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 10-2.1-1 et seq., for municipalities of a population of at least 5,000 and not more than 250,000, a Board of Police Commissioners consisting of three persons is established for the city.
