§ 3-1-16 DANGEROUS DOGS; DOGS AT LARGE.
   (A)   Dangerous dogs. No person shall own, keep or harbor a dangerous dog within the city.
   (B)   Dog at large. No dogs are allowed to run at large.
   (C)   Action relating to dangerous dog. A law enforcement officer may take such actions as such officer deems necessary to restrain or eliminate a dangerous dog.
