§ 1-4-6 VALIDATION OF ACTIONS.
   After an official census is officially published, if the city is divided into a greater number of wards and has elected a greater number of Aldermen than the city is entitled to, the division and election shall, nevertheless, be valid and all acts, resolutions and ordinances of the City Council, if in other respects in compliance with law, are valid.
