The provisions of ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 3.1-30-15 through 3.1-35-135 relating to the position of Collector and the duties and responsibilities of Collector are hereby incorporated into this ordinance by reference, and any amendment thereof that becomes effective after the passage of this Division XII shall be incorporated by reference and shall be applicable to the City Collector and the duties and responsibilities of such officer.
