§ 1-2-106 DUTIES; SALARY.
   The Engineer for the city shall make and submit plans, estimates and specifications for any public work which may be proposed or ordered by the City Council. He shall also examine all public works under his charge and see that the plans, estimates and specifications for the same are properly executed. He shall receive a salary as established in the annual budget.
