§ 1-2-105 APPOINTMENT; DESIGNATED CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AND BUILDING COMMISSIONER.
   The Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council, may appoint an Engineer for the city, who shall serve for the term of the Mayor or for such period not exceeding the term of the Mayor, as may be designated by the Mayor and the City Council. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the Code Enforcement Officer and the Building Commissioner.
