§ 1-2-76 FILING OF REGULATIONS AND PUBLIC RECORDS.
   Any regulation or public record adopted by reference by the city shall be filed with the City Clerk and kept on file in the office of the City Clerk in accordance with ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 1-3-2.
