§ 1-2-10 MEMBERS REFUSING TO ATTEND.
   Any member of the City Council who shall neglect or refuse to attend any meeting of the City Council without good and sufficient excuse to be passed upon by the City Council shall be fined the sum of $50 for failure to attend such meeting. No member shall receive compensation for failure to attend such meeting under the provisions of § 1-3-1 of the City Code.
