§ 1-2-9 NOTICE OF ABSENCE.
   Any member of the City Council who shall be unable to attend a meeting of the City Council shall notify the Mayor or City Clerk in advance and as soon as possible after such member becomes aware of his or her unavailability to attend such meeting.
