Any person violating or failing, refusing or neglecting to comply with any provisions or requirements of any section or subsection of this chapter, with the exception of subsection 4-4-11A of this chapter, in addition to any other remedy, shall be guilty of a municipal infraction and subject to the fines set out in subsection 1-3-2C of this code, in addition to all of the remedies available under Iowa Code 364.22, including, but not limited to, ordering the defendant to abate or cease the violation, authorizing the city to abate or correct the violation and ordering that the city's costs for abatement or correction of the violation be entered as a personal judgment against the defendant and/or assessed against the property where the violation occurred, or both.
