§ 51.08 BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ISSUE LICENSES.
   (A)   The Board of Public Works shall issue licenses for steam supply pipes and public sewers.

   (B)   All work for which a license is required by this section shall be performed by the licensee or his journeyman.
