(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be punished by a fine as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code.

(B) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 51.09(A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
