§ 50.03 BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS TO MAKE REGULATIONS.
   The Board of Public Works shall regulate the control, collection and disposal of all types of wastes herein provided for that may accumulate on private or public property within the city. It may require the assistance of any other board or department in the enforcement of this subchapter or of any regulations pursuant thereto.
