§ 31.140 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF PUBLIC WORKS.
   In accordance with the provisions of the § 6C-9 of the Charter of the city, there shall be a Board of Commissioners of Public Works, which Board of Commissioners of Public Works shall concurrently serve as members of the Water Pollution Control Authority as set forth in § 52.35 of this code.
