4-1-11: PENALTY:
Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Any violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued. (2004 Code)
