A. No utility shall provide any service to any newly constructed building or newly placed mobile home or prefabricated building outside the limits of any incorporated city in Washington County until such utility has been furnished with a copy of the zoning or building permit which has been issued for such newly constructed building or newly placed mobile home or prefabricated building.
B. When a zoning or building permit is issued pursuant to title 5 of this code 1 , the issuer shall furnish to the successful applicant copies in an amount sufficient for said applicant to provide the utility with a copy. (Ord. 9, 9-24-1979)
