Pursuant to chapter 41 of title 39 of Idaho Code, unless otherwise provided for in this code, Washington County hereby adopts by reference the current or latest edition, of the following codes as adopted by the state of Idaho or the Idaho building code board, together with any amendments or revisions to the international codes made by the Idaho building code board through the negotiated rulemaking process. If this code conflicts with any of the following codes, this code shall prevail.
A. The international building code.
B. The international residential code.
