§ 30.26  FAILURE TO PERFORM DUTIES.
   Any officer of the village who shall violate any of the provisions of this subchapter, shall willfully refuse to perform any of the duties of his or her office, or who shall be guilty of misfeasance or malfeasance in office shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense.
