(a) Any Permittee, Operator or owner of the Donation Bin that violates any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(b) Any Permittee, Operator or owner of a Donation Bin that violates any provision of this Chapter is subject to the following fines:
(1) Upon the first offense, a warning letter.
(2) Upon the second offense, a fine of $250.00.
(3) Upon the third offense, a fine of $500.00.
(4) Upon the forth and each subsequent offense, a fine of $750.00.
(c) Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. If the fine(s) listed in section (b) hereof is not paid within 30 days of receiving notice of the fine(s), the City may take such actions as it deems necessary to collect such fines.
