(a) The time for holding regular meetings of Council shall be 7:00 p.m., and caucus meeting at 6:00 p.m., upon the first and third Tuesday of each calendar month, except during the months of June, July and August. During the months of June, July and August, the time for holding regular meetings of Council shall be 7:00 p.m., and caucus meeting at 6:00 p.m., upon the third Tuesday of each month.
(b) In the event that a regular meeting date falls on a date that is a legal holiday or election day, Council, by motion duly adopted, shall meet in regular session on the day immediately preceding or immediately following the legal holiday or election day. Any such changes may be noticed under Section 123.02.
(c) Council, by motion duly adopted, may authorize a change in the regular meeting schedule set forth above in Section 121.03(a). Council, by motion duly adopted, may authorize a meeting of Council at some other public building located within the City of Warrensville Heights. Any such changes may be noticed under Section 123.02.
(d) In the event of inclement weather on a date scheduled for a regular meeting of Council, the regular Council meeting shall be held the next business day and shall be noticed pursuant to Section 123.02.
(e) All meetings are audio recorded and audio files are preserved by the Clerk of Council. All Agendas and Minutes after January 2019 are archived on the City's website.
