352.99 PARKING INFRACTION FINES.

   (a)    On or after the effective date of this section, the fine for committing a parking infraction, unless another fine is established by divisions (b) or (c) of this section, shall be ten dollars ($10.00).

   (b)    On or after the effective date of this section, the fine for violating each of the following sections of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Warren, Ohio, is fifteen dollars ($15.00):

      351.14    Storing Unlicensed or Inoperable Motor Vehicles.

      351.18(b)    Overtime parking.

      351.03(d)    Parking within ten feet of a fire hydrant.

      1165.04   No parking - Front Lawn Area

       1505.05   Fire Lanes on Public and Private Property;

   (c)    On or after the effective date of this section, the fine for violating each of the following sections of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Warren, Ohio is two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00):

   351.04    Physically Handicapped Parking.

   (d)    If not paid within ten (10) days of service of the parking ticket pursuant to Section 352.04 the fine for any parking infraction shall be increased by fifteen dollars ($15.00).
