   725.12 ATTENDANCE.
   The person to whom the license has been granted shall remain in continuous attendance at all times while such sale by auction or going-out-of-business sale is being conducted, and shall be responsible for any violation of the provisions of the foregoing sections.

   725.13 REGULATIONS.
   The Mayor shall have the power to make such further regulations not inconsistent with the purpose and intent of this chapter as he may from time to time deem necessary or desirable; provided, however, any such regulations before becoming effective shall have first been published at least once in a local newspaper of general circulation.

   725.14 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.
   The Mayor, upon recommendation of the Chief of Police, or upon his own initiative, may at any time revoke or suspend the license granted under authority of this chapter for any violation of the requirements thereof or of any law relating to the business so licensed or for failure to comply with the terms of this chapter.

   725.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and may be imprisoned for not more than ninety days, or both. Each separate sale or offering for sale at a public auction or going-out-of-business sale of any article of gold, silver, plated ware, precious stones or imitations thereof, watches, clocks, jewelry or like merchandise in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense hereunder.
