15.20.060: ADDITIONAL WALL SIGN REQUIREMENTS:
A wall sign may be attached to a building by a nonlicensed person on a property he owns or leases, provided:
A.   There is no alteration to the structural elements of the building to support such sign;
B.   Illumination shall be by indirect lighting only, and any electrical wiring installed shall be subject to the permit requirements of the city electrical code;
C.   Such sign shall not exceed thirty two (32) square feet in area and shall conform to all other regulations in this title and in the zoning code;
D.   A sign permit shall be applied for and issued in accordance with the requirements of this title.
E.   In C4 and C5 zoning districts additional wall signs shall be permitted on sides or rear with an approved plan showing that the total display area not exceed the maximum allowed by this title. (Ord. 1147, 2015)
