§ 41.10 SEPARATION OF GARBAGE AND REFUSE.
   The Village Administrator shall establish such rules for the collection of garbage or refuse as he may deem necessary to facilitate the recycling of paper, glass, aluminum and other recyclable material, including rules establishing the method of separation of such garbage and refuse.
