Regular meetings of the governing body shall be held at the designated location on the dates and times as the Council shall adopt by resolution. This schedule is subject to change in the case of a holiday or for lack of having a quorum. Special meetings may be called at any time by the Mayor to consider such matters as may be mentioned in the call for the meeting. Until such time as the Council adopts a resolution changing the meeting times, the regular meetings shall be held on the first Thursday following the second day of the month at the hour of 6:30 p.m.
