§ 30.02 QUORUM REQUIRED.
   Pursuant to SDCL § 9-8-8, a majority of the Alderpersons elected shall constitute a quorum to do business, but a smaller number may adjourn from time to time. Therefore, a quorum would consist of at least four Council members present at a public meeting to take action.
