§ 52.40 DESIGNATION OF SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES; CONTAINERS; FEES.

   (A)   Designation of small business sources. If a source of solid waste which is not a “residential source”, as defined in § 52.01 of this chapter, and if the source generates not more than 180 gallons of solid waste per week and otherwise meets the requirements of this subchapter, then the Director of Public Works may designate the source a “small business source”, and solid waste will be collected from the source as if it were a residential source.

   (B)   Use of containers. The small business source shall be required to abide by the provisions of §§ 52.18 through 52.22 of this chapter.

   (C)   Refuse collection fees. A small business source shall pay the monthly residential refuse collection fees as provided in § 52.24 of this chapter, which fees shall be billed monthly with the Water and Sewer Account.
